start with the brief

Answer the question with care

Weight Manage Fit brought together search intent, long-form health topics, and web content. I worked on clear, evidence-led explanations that respected a reader looking for answers. Search helped define the question; the piece needed to do the answering.

The person on the other side

People searching for understandable information about health and weight management.

where the words had to work

What the words had to get right

Health searches often begin with uncertainty. The writing needed to answer those questions usefully, with enough structure for a longer piece and enough restraint around its claims.

the thinking behind the sentences

The decisions inside the draft

Evidence and explanation shaped the content. I kept the reader’s understanding at the centre, especially where the topic could easily attract exaggerated language.

Search helped define the questions to address. I used it to guide useful coverage and readable structure throughout the longer articles.
