start with the brief

Let the everyday moments carry the warmth

I built MyOaCookies’ brand voice around cookies, cakes, cravings, and shared moments. Those everyday occasions gave the warmth somewhere to come from. The writing kept the pleasure of the product simple and the voice memorable.

The person on the other side

People choosing cookies and cakes for their own cravings, shared moments, and occasions.

where the words had to work

What the words had to get right

Cookies and cakes are familiar products. The challenge was to give the brand a recognisable voice without making the pleasure of a simple treat feel overcomplicated.

the thinking behind the sentences

The decisions inside the draft

Sharing and occasions brought human detail into the messaging. Those moments helped the warmth feel connected to something people know.

I kept the voice simple and memorable. The product’s appeal needed space, with the writing adding character around it.
