start with the brief

Give the history a useful place on the page

My Hamdard Store’s content connected a heritage wellness brand with people exploring it online today. I wrote around the legacy and product explanations, giving the history character while keeping the digital buyer’s questions in view.

The person on the other side

Digital buyers exploring heritage wellness products and the brand story behind them.

where the words had to work

What the words had to get right

Heritage can become a long introduction before the useful information begins. The work needed to honour the background while keeping the product story accessible today.

the thinking behind the sentences

The decisions inside the draft

I carried the legacy into the content where it added context. It needed to explain something about the brand, rather than become a separate ceremonial section.

Product explanations kept the digital buyer in view. The balance was respect for the history and readable language for someone exploring the offer now.

A heritage story works best when a new reader can see why it still matters.

Your brief will need its own approach.

Tell me about the brand, the reader, and the part that needs clearer words.
