start with the brief

Turn unfamiliar ideas into useful information

For Herbal Hermit, I developed educational content about herbal benefits, product use, and natural wellness. The work made Ayurvedic ideas more approachable for a buyer while keeping the wording around benefits measured. The explanation had to carry the piece.

The person on the other side

where the words had to work

What the words had to get right

A buyer needs enough information to understand a herbal product. The challenge was to simplify unfamiliar concepts with care and keep the explanation proportionate to the subject.

the thinking behind the sentences

The decisions inside the draft

I organised the writing around the questions a buyer brings: what the product is, how it is used, and where it fits in the wellness story.

The educational voice favoured plain explanations and careful wording. Familiar language helped readers enter the topic without stripping away its context.

The more unfamiliar the subject, the more useful a careful explanation becomes.
